Licensed as an architect for 45 years, Walter Stewart Fullerton has completed hundreds of design, planning and consulting projects in a variety of disciplines including federal, state and private.

 

Residential projects include modest to luxury single family houses, apartment and condominium complexes, affordable and HUD housing units and more.

 

Commercial projects include hotels, casinos, office buildings, medical clinics, shopping centers, restaurants, schools, factories, warehouses, green houses and more, from single story up to a one hundred story high rise.

 

Land Planning projects include urban and suburban master plans, residential and commercial subdivisions, industrial parks, and city beautification plans.

 

As a consultant and expert witness, his expertise has been sought in the areas of construction forensics, construction fraud, the Americans with Disabilities Act, HUD compliance, and zoning violations and compliance.
